S.C Successfully Delivered a Full Production Line of Mass-Production HJT Equipment

Recently, a full set of S.C 600MW HJT Solar Cell Production Line was successfully delivered to a world's leading photovoltaic enterprise. This delivery represents a Turnkey solution for a full HJT Solar Cell Production Line, from main process equipment to automation systems, all provided by S.C, and marks a new high in S.C's supply capability for HJT equipment.



In recent years, S.C has supplied various HJT solar cell equipment to domestic and foreign companies and received several repeat orders. By integrating multiple HJT technology resources of our company and adopting our new technology of inline PECVD with bifacial high-rate RF microcrystalline deposition process, the equipment within this full production line has achieved a throughput of 600MW, an average cell efficiency of over 25.1% (12BB) and an overall yield of 98%, all of which have reached the advanced level of the industry.

Our company has business layouts in the fields of HJT solar cells and HJT-perovskite tandem solar cells, with the ability to supply equipment for the entire production line. As a result of this delivery, our company has successfully delivered our full HJT solar cell production line and full HJT-perovskite tandem solar cell production line to our customers' site before the end of this year. S.C has proactively laid out PERC, TOPCon, HJT, XBC, perovskite, perovskite tandem and other technical routes, each route with a set of mature R&D and production systems, to provide solutions for high-efficiency solar cell equipment and smart manufacturing systems, in order to meet customers' demands for high-quality advanced solar cells.
